What's Cracking?
Oct 5th 04 - I recently got a 90 cent raise, up to $22.20 now.
SWEET!
Oct 6th 04 - I raced my friend in his WRX several times last night and won. He takes
me 0-60 but i take him in 1/4 mile. Which I think is impressive considering my 2 front tires are so woreout there ready
to blow so I started off slower then normal. The WRX is also modified up to about 250hp-260hp, Very nice car.
Oct 7th 04 - A guy I know who owns a sweet talon recently bought a Gtech (It shows your times and
alot more about your car) so we tried it out last night.Here are the 1/4 mile times - The Talon ran a 14.0, The
WRX ran a 14.6, and the SRT-4 (me) ran a 14.6 with the same slow start. I ordered two new tires today should be here next
week. I'll do a few more runs and let you know what the times are.
Oct 15th 04 - Picked up my car with new tires last and it started snowing like crazy this morning.
So no new Gtech runs yet, maybe later if the snow doesn't stay.
Oct 20th 04 - I bought a K&N Typhoon(spelling?) cold air induction and some kind of chip for
my car off Ebay today. It should be in the mail by next week.
Nov 28th 04 - Well I guess its been awile since I've updated this. I work way too much, with a
different company now making $23.15. I recently bought a $2100 stereo system and command start, go to My Ride for more details.
I finally installed my cold air intake a few days ago with a little help and a garage from Brennon (my freind with the nice
WRX). The intake looks and sounds very sweet, that should bring my car to 245-250hp at 5200rpm. Some new pics are up, I can
E-Mail a short video of the intake to whoever wants it, just let me know. I decided not to install the chip, only because
it will void my warranty which was a very good choice because my car is now in the garage getting a new TPS sensor (under
warranty).So if any one wants to buy the chip for $35 let me know, its good for any car and gives you 15-20hp with high octane
fuel, all the instructions are with it.
